Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Mgr. Gabriel Harcarik, PhD. (Hagisport s.r.o.) and I represent a company based in Slovakia, European Union. We are looking for a reliable manufacturer of professional armwrestling tables for the European market. We are not looking for the cheapest product. Our goal is to find a manufacturer who can provide a strong, stable and professionally finished armwrestling table at a competitive factory price, with the possibility of long-term cooperation and our own private label brand. 1. Product requirements We are interested primarily in professional / competition-grade armwrestling tables. The main reference for the table dimensions is the official WAF competition table specification. The standard dimensions are important to us and we do NOT want to make the table smaller in order to reduce shipping dimensions. Please confirm the exact dimensions of your table and provide a technical drawing. Please specify: • Tabletop dimensions • Table height • Elbow pad dimensions • Pin pad dimensions • Pin pad height • Hand peg dimensions • Distance between all important table components • Steel frame dimensions • Steel tube wall thickness • Tabletop material and thickness • Total net weight 2. Please offer different quality levels We would like you to recommend what you consider your best products for the European market. Please provide, if available, 2–3 different models/categories: A. Professional / Competition B. Premium / High-End C. Professional Training / Club For each model, please provide: • Product photos • Technical specifications • Net weight • Recommended use • Factory price • MOQ • Main differences between the models We would like your recommendation regarding which model gives the best balance between professional quality and competitive price. 3. Quality and construction We are particularly interested in: • Strong steel frame • Stable H-shaped or equivalent base • High-quality welding • Durable powder coating • High-quality elbow pads • High-quality pin pads • Strong chrome/steel hand pegs • Replaceable pads and components • Stable construction under very high armwrestling forces • Professional appearance Please provide photos of the actual steel frame before painting if possible. Please also provide photos/videos from your production facility. 4. WAF / competition specifications Please confirm whether your table is manufactured according to the official WAF table dimensions. If you advertise your table as WAF compliant, please provide the technical documentation or drawing supporting this claim. Please clearly identify any dimensions that differ from the official WAF specification. We are also interested in tables used for professional events and would appreciate information about whether your tables have been supplied to: • WAF events • national federations • professional tournaments • East vs West / King of the Table • WAL • IFA • other professional competitions If yes, please provide details, photos or references where possible. 5. Packaging and shipping Although the assembled table must maintain the official dimensions, we need the product to be designed for efficient transport. Please provide: • Net weight • Gross weight • Carton dimensions • Number of cartons per table • Packaging material • Internal protection • Photos of the complete packaging • Photos of the table inside the packaging We prefer packaging that can be used directly for shipment to our final European customers. The product should ideally arrive in a professional retail-ready carton without the need for us to repackage it. 6. Private label / our own brand This is very important to us. We want to sell the table under our own brand. Please confirm whether you can provide: • Our logo on the table • Our logo on the packaging • Our logo/product label • Custom colours • Custom instruction manual • Custom spare-parts packaging • Custom barcode/product label • Branded carton Please provide the MOQ and additional cost for each customization. We will provide our logo files after selecting the manufacturer. 7. Spare parts Please provide prices for: • Elbow pads • Pin pads • Hand pegs • Straps • Screws and hardware • Replacement legs/components • Any other replaceable parts Please also confirm long-term spare-parts availability. 8. Sample and first order Our plan is: Stage 1: 1 sample for testing. If the sample meets our requirements: Stage 2: 10 pcs first production order. If the quality and cooperation are satisfactory: Stage 3: 30–50 pcs and potentially 100+ pcs regular orders. Therefore, please quote: • 1 pc sample • 10 pcs • 30 pcs • 50 pcs • 100 pcs Please provide your best factory price for each quantity. 9. Shipping quotation Please provide: • EXW price • FOB China price • If possible, CIF price to Europe For the sample, please also provide an estimated shipping cost to: Slovakia, European Union.
